Developed by ISO Technical committee 292, ISO 18788 helps improve and demonstrate consistent and predictable security operations maintaining the safety and security of their clients within a framework that aims to ensure respect for human rights, national and international laws, and fundamental freedoms.

Managed by the Smart Planet Association (SPA), the International Registry of Private Security Organizations (IRCPSO) shall recognize those security service providers that are committed to:

• Conducting our security operations in a manner that meets the requirements of their clients and other stakeholders;
• Being accountable to the law and to be respectful of human rights;
• Being consistent in complying with all commitments which they acquire or that apply to their security operations

Requires periodic uploading of the evidence of internal audit.

Listing service charges will apply.

Option 3:
Provide evidence of Third-Party Certification of conformance with ISO 18788
Requirement for Listing:
Certification Body must be SPA Approved.
Fees:
Listing service charges will apply.
